The Pink Ixora is a dense, evergreen shrub with the prettiest of pink flowers. The leaves are glossy with a leathery finish, in a tight cluster awarding any space with a chic, contemporary aesthetic. Also known as Jungle Geraniums, they are amongst the most vibrantly coloured flower and hedge plants, with blooms that last all year. Pruning properly allows the plant to produce an abundance of flowering heads and rewards you with beautiful, fragrant flowers for the majority of the year.

Repotting
Ixoras need repotting only when they outgrow the currect pot. They do not grow very tall so can remain in one pot size for long.

1. The leaves are drooping.
This generally happens in areas that receive cold dufts. Ixoras prefer warmth so just change their location and they will do well.
2. The plant does not flower enough.
Ixoras need good nourishment. Fertiise them every 15 days. Keep the soil moist and prune regularily. This will encourage new and more blooms.
